How do you ensure your flowers are fresh?
We source fresh blooms regularly from trusted suppliers and arrange them close to delivery or pickup time. Each stem is carefully inspected to ensure quality and presentation.

 

Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?
We aim to match each design as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability, but the overall style, colour palette, and quality will remain consistent.

 

What are dyed flowers?
Dyed flowers are fresh blooms that have been professionally tinted to achieve unique tones not naturally available. When used, we ensure they meet our quality standards.

 

Delivery

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes. Most bouquets are available for same day flower delivery in Sydney if ordered before 5pm, excluding selected collections.

 

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Sydney including Sydney CBD, Surry Hills, Newtown, Redfern, Alexandria, Waterloo, Zetland, and all surrounding suburbs within 25km.

 

What are your delivery hours?
Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm. We will contact recipient on the day of delivery

 

What if the recipient is not home?
Our team will contact the recipient or leave the flowers in a safe location where appropriate.

 

Orders & Customisation

Can I customise my bouquet?
Yes. We welcome custom requests. Please contact us with your preferred colours, style, and budget.

 

Can I include a message card?
Absolutely. You can add a personalised message at checkout.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled 48 hours before the delivery or pick-up time.
